Currently we are shipping from Germany to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Denmark, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Portugal, Belgium. Soon shipping worldwide will be available. 

Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Germany: free delivery on all orders over 60€ (1-3 days Express Delivery)
Europe: free delivery on all orders over 100€ (3-5 days Express Delivery)

Switzerland: 10€ Euro fixed price (3-5 days Express Delivery)

Most local orders (Germany) placed Monday - Friday before 12:00 pm (MEZ / BERLIN) will ship out the same day. Any orders that are placed after 12:00 pm MEZ will be shipped out the following business day. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out the following Monday (excluding Holidays).

Please allow 1-2 days for our team to process, pick and pack your order. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times. 

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

TRACKING

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email, which you will receive once your order left the building. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly via Chat or here.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away by clicking here.

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after we submitted your order to our logistics partner and it left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily, so we cannot guarantee your request can be made.

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
