If you change your mind for any reasons, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the following conditions:

≠YN offers easy 14 day returns from the delivery date of your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase

  • Item/s must be returned within 14 days after informing together with original proof of purchase and a completed return document.

  • Item/s must be returned as new and in original condition, unworn, unaltered, without odours in there full original packaging and with their tags attached

We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe. Store-credit notes are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.


Charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. ≠YN takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by ≠YN.

 

To make a return, follow the steps below:
 

  1. Start by lodging your return in via our returns form, click MAKE A RETURN to get started.

  2. Make sure you have your order number and email address used on the order. Follow the steps through to completion.

  3. You will then be emailed next steps from our support team.


You will receive status updates via email once we receive your parcel and again when it has been processed. When sending your item back, we recommend using a traceable postal service as ≠YN is not liable for the loss of products being returned. 

 

After you reported the return within the timespan of 14 days and if the products have arrived back to our warehouse, purchase price including the shipping costs will be refunded.

We endeavour to process returns daily but please allow up to 2-5 business days for your return to be processed.

You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed. 


 

Please immediately check your item for faults upon delivery. Please make a claim straight away, otherwise we might refuse the claim.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty product. Please got to our MAKE A RETURN section or EMAIL US with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request we will work with you to resolve the issue asap.
